2. Products & Handmade Nature

All Perfume Who products are produced in small batches using a hands-on, artisanal process.

Due to the handmade nature of our work—particularly our hand-crafted caps—each piece is unique and may contain slight variations or imperfections. These variations are a testament to the craftsmanship and individuality behind every object and are considered part of the design, not defects.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through our secure third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to availability, errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping 

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Perfume Who LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or customs-related issues.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions imposed by their country.

6. Returns & Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

At this time, we are unable to accept returns due to the small-batch, artisanal nature of our process. Each product is made in limited quantities, and variations in handmade components—especially our caps—are intentional and part of the product’s character.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist you, photo proof of the damage is required and must be sent to:

Once reviewed, we will coordinate a resolution on a case-by-case basis.

8. Allergies & Product Use

Our products contain fragrance compounds and alcohol. Please review ingredient information carefully and perform a patch test before use.

Perfume Who LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, imagery, product names, branding, and design—is the intellectual property of Perfume Who LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Perfume Who LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
